No, your window clean can fall on any day of the week between the hours of 9am – 5pm, but I do provide the option of a text the evening before I come for your convenience and to ensure access is available to all windows.

I do not offer appointments or give times of arrival for regular external window cleaning. Just leave your gate unlocked for the day. I clean windows from 9am to 5pm. 

No I don’t use ladders for window cleaning. Due to the “ Working at heights regulations 2005” I have chosen to put safety first and use the water fed pole system to clean your windows.

I operate a window cleaning “round” so sometimes it can be difficult to reschedule a window clean for when you request because I might not be in your area. The majority of the time I just clean the windows which are accessible and charge accordingly. On the other hand if you would like to completely skip a clean and reschedule for the next time just let me know and I will update my schedule. 

I use pure filtered & deionised water to clean the windows. This involves the use of a carbon fibre telescopic pole, a soft brush and 100% pure water which I have filtered through a five stage filtration process. I remove the dirt from your windows with a purpose made window cleaning brush then rinse the glass. The pure water is left on the windows to dry naturally without leaving any watermarks. Due to the “Working At Height Regulations 2005” I do not use ladders when cleaning your windows.

Conservatory roofs are booked as a separate job and are not included in your normal window cleaning price. Most customers have this done at the same time as a window clean once or twice a year. If you would like me to do both no problem, just let me know in advance. 

Your windows, sills and frames should be sparkling clean. If your last window cleaner used soapy water and a cloth to clean your windows or your windows haven’t been cleaned for a long time you might notice a few spots or watermarks when the water has dried. This is totally normal, the pure water draws out left over soap residue and dirt from the frames. After the second clean your windows should be sparkling clean.

I clean windows using the water fed pole because it is much safer and gives superior cleaning results.

Yes I clean windows in the rain. If I didn’t I wouldn’t be able to offer a regular cleaning service. Rain water is pure so doesn’t affect the quality of the clean. I also offer a ‘Rain Guarantee’, please click here for full details. 

Yes, I can normally clean hard to reach windows safely from the ground. If I can see it I can normally clean it. If your conservatory or extension is long this might restrict access to certain windows and I may use a small ladder to help me reach. 

Yes, on every visit I clean the glass, the frames, the sills and the doors. (The full door not just the glass).

I send a text the evening before I am due to clean, reminding you to leave the gate open. If I can’t gain access to the rear of your property because of locked gates, I will clean the accessible windows and charge accordingly.

Yes... It will always be me cleaning your windows. I pride myself in offering a regular 5 to 6 weekly service, however due to holidays or extreme weather conditions this could sometimes be a bit longer.

Yes, I offer a 48 hour guarantee with all my window cleaning. If you are not 100% satisfied I will come back and re-clean for free. To book a free re-clean just complete the form on my contact page. A call out charge may be applied if I return to clean and find it's the inside of the windows that are dirty or the double glazed unit has failed and the dirt is on the inside of the unit.
